Serene Captiva Villa, formerly known as Tennis Villa,  features panoramic garden views from its oversized lanai with ample seating, plush master quarters with King bed, a well appointed living area with a 55`` flatscreen TV, and a robust kitchen equipped with all the essentials. This unit is located on the first floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai overlooking the garden features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. 

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Captiva Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. - **Anonymous**: "My family of 4 had a wonderful stay in this condo. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and great location(5 minute  walk across street to the beach, a 15 minute walk to the bubble room/Andy RossLane).
The condo could use some update however: the outside porch  furniture could use some attention, a change of shower curtain, no wine glasses, and the king bed is way too large for the bedroom. The owner was amazing with communication, he would immediately respond to my questions or concerns, I reported the beach umbrella was broken and he send one with in 30 minutes. Overall I would stay here again on my next Captiva vacation." (10/5)

Cons: the exterior hallway light was out the entire time making it challenging to key in door code in darkness - reported first night, reminded second night, but was not fixed during 4 night stay. Construction around building noisy and starts early on weekdays (8 am). 5 cup drip coffee machine that looked very old/used.  Bed frame in bedroom is too large for room making it difficult to walk by. No glass shower door as in photos.
While all of the 1 bedroom units claim to sleep 4 (sofa bed in living room) it would be very uncomfortable to have more than 2 people in these units." (8/5)
