Welcome to Villa Sanibel 1D- Be one of the first guests to enjoy this recently renovated residence, finished in 2025! Total relaxation awaits at this beautiful condo appointed in coastal style in the exclusive Villa Sanibel development. With a ground floor patio leading to the beach in less than 1 minute and the parking spot located right behind the unit, this unit is ideal for guests with limited mobility. The unit features two large bedrooms, two renovated bathrooms, a spacious living room area, a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a well-appointed kitchen. This unit is located on the ground floor and features more than 900 square feet of island living space. This unit features three beds, one king (located in the master bedroom), and two double beds (located in the guest bedroom), in addition to two full bathrooms. Included are essentials such as in unit washer and dryer, wifi, hair dryer, microwave, range, refrigerator, and more. Additionally, guests have access to on site pool and tennis facilities, in addition to beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, floats, boogie boards, and much more. Guests will have access to all the amenities of the Villa Sanibel complex including a recently renovated pool, tennis courts, grills and private beach access just steps from your unit. Uber, taxi, and car can get you to the unit. Guests must sign a rental agreement upon booking the property. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

This was a repeat visit to this specific condo, and it was even better than the last time we stayed. It is clean and comfortable… and a 20 second walk to the water’s edge. This spot is quiet too, and the perfect place to unwind. The furniture and the appliances all seemed brand new, and the host reached out to make sure check-in went smoothly. We will definitely be back!
This condo was fantastic! The location is phenomenal and the beach is literally a walk out the door a few steps, and you’re touching sand! My family & I had the best time. We saw dolphins daily, sting rays, did a lot of fishing right off the beach and had the best time shelling. The condo was very clean and cozy. Had plenty of beach chairs, sand buckets, and towels for the beach. We will be back again, we were super impressed!!
We loved Villa Sanibel! Very convenient being ground level, no stairs and steps away from the beautiful beach. It was great having beach towels provided and lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach essentials. Very clean and well stocked. Thank you for a wonderful week at Sanibel. We can't wait to come back!
