The dining room features seating for up to six and is located adjacent to the fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen. Directly abutting the kitchen, guests will find a small laundry room that leads out to the garage, with capacity for up to two vehicles. This is also where the bicycles are housed. Guests will find three bedrooms in the home with sleeping arrangements as follows- Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower, guest bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with single beds, and finally the guest bath located off of the hallway separating the two guest bedrooms. This bathroom features a shower/tub combination. This bathroom also leads directly out onto the lanai where the pool and outdoor dining table are located, providing guests with an excellent indoor/outdoor bathroom that can be utilized when spending long days at the poolside. In terms of location, this home is situated in the Southwesterly portion of Cape Coral, very near to Matlacha and Pine Island (5 minute trip) with the nearest major thoroughfare being Veterans Parkway, providing guests with simple on/off access to Fort Myers (10 minute trip) and the nearby beaches of Sanibel and Captiva (30 minute trip). There are numerous restaurants, shopping venues, and attractions nearby to Casa Bella, with more than five major shopping centres featuring high end retail and dining experiences within a 5 mile radius of this home. We loved our stay here- beautiful and comfortable spot for our family. Everything was pristine and the pool and lanai were sparkling clean! The kitchen is very well stocked with all you need for cooking! It’s in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed the sunsets over the canal. The host was very helpful with excellent communication! We will definitely be back!

Only thing I would recommend is having maybe some info at the house about restaurants and things to do in the area. Local favorites!!!
