Located on a private dead end street called Sunrise Circle, this home is hidden but at the same time almost directly in the center of the island and walking distance to Pinocchio's Ice Cream, Cheeseburger Cheeseburger, and other Sanibel staples. This home is two stories in height and configured as follows: There is a single bedroom on the ground floor of the home that also features an accompanying bathroom. Both are fully renovated and pictured. The bedroom features two twin beds. On the 1st floor above ground level is the kitchen, living room, office, and three other bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk in shower. The first and second upstairs guest bedrooms feature a queen bed and two small single beds, respectively. These share access to a bathroom with a walk in shower and single vanity. In total there are four bedrooms in this home, making it a great choice for larger families with children or grandparents that need capacity for additional occupancy during part of their stay.
