Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the master and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a upgraded queen mattress. Enjoy the beach with the included beach gear or absorb the cool ocean breeze from the patio while allowing the lapping waves to lull you into a sense of serenity only such a residence can offer.

In terms of location, Sundial of Sanibel is located in an area considered to be mid-island, equidistant to all Sanibel has to offer including beaches, restaurants, attractions, and the mainland of Fort Myers for those adventurous enough to explore beyond the island. Located in the F building of Sundial West, this residence is less than a three minute walk to the beach and features direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from the rightmost portion of the patio. In terms of positioning, this residence boasts a tranquil water feature directly in front of its patio, the Gulf of Mexico to the left, and a beautiful sunset exposure at the end of each day!
