Renovated in 2025, guests staying with us will be among the first to experience this luxurious residence! This condo, Sundial N203, is located within Sundial East, which is a part of the world renowned Sundial community featuring a private pool onsite and many other fantastic amenities! Sundial is known for its white sugar sand beaches and fantastic amenities. This unit was fully renovated in 2024 with top of the line finishes and decor, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. Featuring a master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds, and den with Murphy bed this unit is ideal for larger parties. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip. Enjoy crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your oversized lanai as you sip coffee in the morning. Lastly, this unit comes with access to an exclusive private cabana accessible from the patio, ideal for relaxing and entertaining at the end of a fun filled day at the beach. Guests have access to the community pool pertaining to the Sundial East OPQ building, located just a few steps away. Please note that the pool pool adjacent to this unit is currently closed for renovations and is expected to reopen in 2026. Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
