The Space: The upstairs is divided across two large bedrooms (one featuring a king bed and the other two queen beds) and two bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and the other a shower/tub combination). The home also features an updated kitchen, fully outfitted with the latest appliances and cookware, a large living room with sectional sofa (not a sleeper) and flatscreen TV, and large front and back patios. The front patio is configured as a Florida room and is air conditioned while the back patio is an open air screened patio. Both feature ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing. Finally, the home is outfitted with a washer and dryer, internet (via mobile hotspot), air conditioning, electric, water, and sewer. Please note that the lower floor of this home is rented separately. The lower level is not connected in any way to the upper level and the levels have separate entrances.
