Featuring 2 bright bedrooms with Queen beds, a spacious bathroom with tub, a brand new kitchen outfitted with small and large appliances, quartz countertops and plenty of cabinet space, all to maximize your experience and comfort. Our guests will be among the first to experience the top of the line upgrades and finishes! Car is recommended to get around. Gusts must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The rental agreement contains guidelines for guest stays including check in and check out, payment terms, damage to the premises, as well as a liability waiver in which guests are required to sign. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
