The Palm Retreat Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located in the newly renovated, Palmview Inn. This beautifully appointed cottage features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a pullout sofa, a second guest bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious kitchen and dining area, and a private porch, this cottage is ideal for large parties. Festooned with gorgeous palm trees and an ever present ocean breeze, Palmview Inn has been the choice of many travelers year after year. Palm Retreat is one of 6 cottages within the historic Palmview of Sanibel, each one beautifully appointed with a distinct theme. The Palmview Inn offers vibrant fully equipped cottages within walking distance to Sanibel’s famous shelling beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Complimentary adult bikes and beach equipment are provided to explore the nearby bike paths, or to enjoy a day at the beach full of fun under the sun. This cottage can comfortably accommodate a party of 10 and is ideal for larger groups. We are pet friendly for up to two dogs up to 50lbs each. If you will be traveling with pets, please notify us after confirming your booking so that we can update your reservation accordingly. Per pet fee of $75 will apply. City of Sanibel Business Tax Receipt Number - SHOM-003384 Guests must complete rental agreement prior to the stay A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

Lovely home and a 10 minute walk to the beach! Just the right amount of space for 2 families of 8 and a grandparent. Home was very clean and well-maintained. Location was perfect and easy to walk to beach; could even walk to a few restaurants.
Great value. The cottage is one of six. Quiet, safe area. The bike trail across the street provides easy access to all of Sanibel. The beach is an easy 5-10 minute walk away. The beach is expansive with white sand and gentle waves. The weather in the first week of March was sunny with a high temperature each day of 79 degrees.
we enjoyed the comfortable & spacious accomodations, with close proximity to beach and restaurants, as well as provided bikes to easily get around the area! be aware that the fenced space is not appropriate for small dogs as they can easily walk under the fence. in general though the area is walkable for leashes walks, and the adjacent inn has a small properly fenced dog area!
