Primary Bedroom: Features a king bed and en-suite access to the primary bathroom, which features a double vanity and walk in shower. The primary bedroom also features a large sitting area with armchair overlooking Matanzas Preserve. 
Second bedroom: Features a queen bed and also features en-suite access to the primary bathroom. Both the primary and second bedroom are located on the right portion of the upper level of this residence. 
Third bedroom: Features two queen beds. Features access to the second bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo. Located on lower level. 
Fourth bedroom: Features twin bunk beds (singles). Features access to third bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower. Located on lower level. 
Fifth bedroom: Features a queen bed. Located on lower level. 

The living area features two large sofas and armchairs, facing a 60 inch smart TV which is mounted on the chimney structure. The kitchen is located adjacent to the living area and is fully equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen and features a table with service for up to 8 guests. The living and dining area of this residence boasts fantastic vaulted ceilings, providing for an incredibly bright and cheery disposition. As a whole, the property feels extremely large and roomy because of the oversized floorpan, vaulted ceilings, numerous windows, and smart layout of bedrooms and baths across multiple levels. 

This listing features access to a large heated pool behind the home. The pool area features a multitude of outdoor furniture and is nicely landscaped with small palms and a white privacy fence. The units share no interior space and there is no access , doors, or stairways between the units. The ground level features its own entrance on the left side of the home and the 1st floor listing features a separate entrance located at the front of the property up a set of stairs. Guests of this listing will have complete and exclusive use of the space advertised, as well as a guaranteed parking spot for one vehicle. 

PLEASE NOTE: These two listings do share one element, the pool and patio area. Guests of both the ground level and first floor listings share pool access. As a result, we kindly ask guests to please conduct themselves with this in mind when using the pool and patio area.

Location is fantastic.  Short walk to beach and a mile to restaurant/bar & shopping attractions.  Condo is large, nicely decorated and well appointed.  Outdoor space and pool are beautiful.

The Bad:  
Poor communication.  
Booked in April 2025 for March 2026.  Sept 2025 asked to cancel booking for full refund (knowing the cancelation policy didn't allow for this but hoping an exception would be made since it was six months in advance & would easily book-in given the time of year).  Initially told this wasn't possible - then told it was - then told it wasn't. 
Original listing didn't mention the place is a condo with shared outdoor space and pool.  First mention of this was the welcome message received a couple days before arrival.  Listing has since been updated but very much felt like a bait and switch.  

Overall great place in a great location but transparent & consistent communication would help with expectations." (6/5)

Check-in went smoothly, and the house was pristine—probably one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. It was within walking distance to the beach, and the house was equipped with everything we needed for fun at the beach. Palmer checked in a few times to ensure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. I would not hesitate to rent from her again, as she made our celebration enjoyable and stress-free!" (10/5)
