The ground level features its own entrance on the left side of the home and the 1st floor listing features a separate entrance located at the front of the property up a set of stairs. Guests of this listing will have complete and exclusive use of the ground level living space, as well as a guaranteed parking spot for one vehicle. PLEASE NOTE: These two listings do share one element, the pool and patio area. Guests of both the ground level and first floor listings share pool access. As a result, we kindly ask guests to please conduct themselves with this in mind when using the pool and patio area.
