Less than a three minute walk to the beach from your front door, guests can roll right out of bed onto the beach! Close to all Fort Myers Beach has to offer while also located on a quiet residential street, this home is perfect for those that demand both proximity and tranquility! This home features two separate living rooms, dining areas, two patios, a heated pool, and two fully equipped kitchens!

Description of upstairs portion of the house: The Space: The upstairs is divided across two large bedrooms (one featuring a king bed and the other two queen beds) and two bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and the other a shower/tub combination). The home also features an updated kitchen, fully outfitted with the latest appliances and cookware, a large living room with sectional sofa (not a sleeper) and flatscreen TV, and large front and back patios. The front patio is configured as a Florida room and is air conditioned while the back patio is an open air screened patio. Both feature ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing. 

Description of downstairs portion of the house: The apartment features two bedrooms and one bath, as well as a fully equipped living room and kitchen. The bedroom configurations are as follows: Master bedroom features a queen bed and guest bedroom features a double and twin bunk bed. Additionally, the living room features a pullout sofa. The space also features a washer/dryer. There is no garage access for parking but guests may park in the front driveway.

Our community has been significantly impacted by this historic storm, and hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Beaches, restaurants and stores are open and welcoming visitors. We ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing and understanding of current limitations when visiting our area.

One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch at the front, along with the one in the back overlooking the pool—both perfect spots to relax.

The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to the beach as well as into town for shops and restaurants. There was also a convenient trolley option if you preferred not to walk.

We had five couples in our group, and there was more than enough space for everyone. Parking was plentiful, and the pool area was a great place to gather and unwind.

Overall, it was a perfect setup for a group getaway." (10/5)

One thing that isn’t mentioned in the listing (maybe I just missed it) is that the upstairs and downstairs are completely separate units. There is no interior connection. The blue master king bedroom and coral room with two queens are in the upstairs unit, while the other queen room and the bunk room are downstairs. With a few younger kids in our party, this made for some unexpected bed arrangements. 
Great location! You’ll be .25miles to the ocean, and 1 mile to the restaurants/shops! There is also a free shuttle that runs the length of Estero if you don’t want to walk! (However because of heavy traffic, sometimes walking is faster.) Go to Mom’s Biscuits across the street! You won’t regret it!" (8/5)
