Located within the coveted Coquina Beach complex, guests enjoy private beach access, a large heated pool with loungers, tennis and pickleball courts, and a scenic boardwalk leading to the sand. More than just a place to stay, this luxury beachfront retreat is designed for unforgettable moments on beautiful Sanibel Island. This property is not pet friendly and guests are afforded a single parking spot. Oversized vehicles are not permitted. Guests enjoy access to the many splendid community amenities included pickleball and tennis courts, beach access, and large heated pool. We recommend a golf cart, bikes, or a rental car to get around. We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
