This unit is located on the second floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai overlooking the garden features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva.


Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Captiva Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay.
