The bedrooms are each located at the four corners of the property, making the layout ideal for larger groups that desire a central social area but bedrooms with ample spacing from one another. It is located directly on the Beachview golf course overlooking the 14th hole. It features a deeded beach access located only steps from the home, about 750 yards from front door to sand. The Beachview clubhouse is located just feet from Little Blue. Here guests can participate in tennis and golfing activities.
