The complex offers a heated swimming pool, BBQ grills and is conveniently located to the bike paths of Sanibel. This third floor unit is just feet from white sandy beaches and has been completely renovated with over 1200 square feet of spacious living area. The non-smoking condo offers two bedrooms and two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-condo laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella are all provided for guest use. The gorgeous remodeled kitchen has quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is outfitted with everything guests will need for a fantastic stay, even if they are cooking in! The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom which has a spacious walk-in shower. We loved our stay here at Breakers West. It is a beautiful place that is a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to walk straight to the beach and enjoy our day. The beds are very comfortable, but we did have some trouble with the pull out couch being uncomfortable and a little worn down. It is a very quiet part of the island but wasn’t too far from great restaurants and shopping. We had our 2 children with us and they enjoyed using the pool in the evenings as well. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone that may be visiting!
Location
The condo was a perfect place for our family of 3 to stay for a few days and explore Sanibel and Captiva! The pool was so nice to have in addition to the easy beach access right behind the property. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival and having beach gear at the house was so helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here!
