This executive residence at Sanibel's sought after Pointe Santo de Sanibel Community quite literally has it all- Oversized 2 bedroom floorplan, screened patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, professional furnishings and decorations, and so much more! Among just a handful of units within Pointe Santo (located in the C building) that directly face the Gulf.

Stunning gulf view from this professionally decorated top floor 2 Bedroom/2 bathroom spacious unit. This is a second floor unit in the C building which is constructed parallel to the beach, meaning that this unit is directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico set back about 300 feet from the beach. The screened lanai is located at the beach facing end of the unit and features an abundance of seating as well as beach gear. The living room is extremely well appointed with high end furniture, a smart TV, and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen features a large island and new appliances, and is fully stocked with everything guests will need to prepare even the most gourmet of meals. Pointe Santo is a family-friendly complex surrounded by lush vegetation and offers beach access, elevators, community pool and hot tub, gas BBQ grills, tennis courts, clubhouse with sundeck, organized children's activities, volleyball, picnic area and shuffleboard courts.  

The bedrooms and bathrooms of this residence have the following configurations- Primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk in shower. The primary bedroom also features ensuite access to the screened patio. The guest bedroom features two twin beds with access to a hallway bathroom that features a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

*Please be aware that a clubhouse is currently being built next to Building C, which may result in occasional daytime noise. The project is expected to be completed by July. While this work is outside of our control, we want to be fully transparent so you can plan your stay accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.*
