Bandy Beach E101 is a three bedroom, two bath, residence located on the 1st floor of a two unit townhome building within the coveted Bandy Beach community located at the end of Buttonwood Lane. The bedrooms are configured as follows: Primary Bedroom: Features an expansive layout with king bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower, walk in closet, and soaking tub. Bandy Beach features a large, heated, communal pool with plenty of seating. It also features a deeded beach access with boardwalk. There is designated under-unit parking and a beach locker equipped with Tommy Bahama beach gear including chairs, a cooler, and umbrella. The townhome building this unit is located within features a private elevator that services the two residences in this building. This residence can sleep 6 guests comfortably.
