This villa is located on the second floor and boasts 850 square feet of optimized island living space. This villa can sleep a party of 4 with a brand-new king bed in the master bedroom and a brand-new queen pullout sofa in the living room. Both bathrooms feature a shower tub combination, ideal for those travelling with small children. The kitchen is outfitted with top of the line kitchenware and the unit comes with a variety of beach gear. Rental car or golf cart recommended Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to checking in. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small.
