Located just minutes from the island's pristine beaches, charming shops, and excellent dining, this vacation rental is the perfect starting point for your island adventures. The primary bedroom features a king bed and the guest bedroom features a queen bed. Guests have access to unit A, which is the one pictured and described in this listing. There are two other units in this building, units B and C. Unit A features a private driveway that is not shared with the other units and features no shared interior or exterior spaces. The patio associated with this unit is located on the left side of the building and cannot be seen from the other units. All in all, this unit is very private for being located within a multi-unit property. Since the building is built out of concrete, the walls are also very thick and carry little to no noise. We recommend bikes or a golf cart for getting around the island. Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in, the exact agreement will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation using eSign technology. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
